    Strategy: Content Development. Gather project goals and business requirements for user interaction.

    Personas: Customer Analysis. Snap shot of target audience profile.

    Research: Competitor Analysis. Research design and user interaction idea trends based of business requirements.

    Prototype: Structure Development. Create low fidelity sketch wireframe and high fidelity detailed prototype for early testing along with iteration. Track goals and integration. Generate user guides and storyline.

    Design: Visual Development. Create UI visual elements. Coordinated with back end developers for UX interactivity and animation. Test for adaptation on all device screen sizes.

    Analyze: Track goals and integration. Monitor and gather user feedback. Make adjustments & improvements. Analysis and iteration.

  • MOTION GRAPHIC PROCESS

    Brainstorming: Collaborate with client to understand project goals and objectives along with target audience, deadline, budget requirements, soundtrack, sound effects, voice-over and script creation.

    Storyboarding: Visualize ideas as sketches in storyboard depicting a storyline, narrative and movement to show how the message will be communicated.

    Presentation: Present storyboard along with soundtrack/voice-over example to client and get sign-off approval.

    Animation: Proceed to animate each and every scene in the storyboard. This is not a quick process and may take several weeks to complete.

    Sign-Off: Meet with client and present results of completed animation. Changes are common at this stage.

    Delivery: Once animation is complete, proceed with video rendering process and deliver animation in desired format.

  • CREATIVE PROCESS

    Identify: Understand the problem and identify the goal.

    Research: Gathering information, modern trends, technologies and examples.

    Conceptualize: Brainstorm solutions, visualize concepts, and sketch out ideas.

    Design: Selecting and Arranging Visual Elements to Deliver a Message and Move Emotions.

    Present: Communicate Concepts and Logic Behind Solutions While Being Open-Minded to Constructive Criticism.

    Complete: Produce Final Workable Web, Print or Video Outcome For Desired Results.

    Analyze: Measure Results and Refine Components If Needed.
